About School

Vijayanta Model Hr. Sec. School is primarily a Management School for the welfare of the wards of HVF Employees and Allied Establishments. The Tamil Nadu affiliated Higher Secondary Section of the School was started in the year 1997 and has kept pace in line with the local scenario and academic requirements and has established itself as a reputed Higher Secondary School.

We are proud that the School has completed 20 years of appreciable and noble service in the Field of Education and is marching ahead with renewed energy and vigour.

With immense pleasure and honour we place it on record the stupendous achievement of our school in the March 2019 Board Examination, where 299 students appeared in +2 and all the 299 gave a marvelous manifestation and produced 100% pass percentage with 15 centums.

Speaking in English is made compulsory to increase the fluency of expression and communication. In addition to this the Students are exposed to various Club activities, Inter House Competitions, Special Assemblies, etc. We give ample opportunities to bring out the hidden and inherent talents of our Students by exposing them to various activities. We are proud that our efforts have yielded appreciable results.

Our Students have also proved their talents in the field of sports and have won many prizes by participating in various sports activities organised by outside agencies during the last year.

Since the Teaching methods should conform to the challenging needs of the present and the future, the Teachers are given Orientation Programmes with Resource Persons of Repute from outside. We have plans to bring in innovative methods in Teaching - learning Process, Extra curricular activities, etc.

We are happy that there has been large scale participation in the PTS Meetings and this obviously implies the immense confidence of the Parents on the School Management and the School. We are grateful to those who have contributed to the success in achieving the targets.

We have many more projects to provide additional facilities, infrastructure etc., and we hope to achieve this in a phased manner with the co-operation of all.

We propose to call this Academic Year 2019 - 2020, as the YEAR OF ENDURANCE AND EMINENCE and trust that we will achieve the target of our Academic endeavour. Our dream is to bring the School as one of the Best Schools in the Tamil Nadu Education Map and we hope to achieve this task as we are marching towards this task. We trust that the coming years will bring fame and many more laurels to the School.

We take pride in giving our students ample opportunities to exploit their potentials, which will boost up their morale and all round personality. The institution is functioning for the betterment of your child. However it is the responsibility of the parents and the teachers to develop the children and bring out their best and hidden talents to the forefront.

With this thought in our mind, let us work together ceaselessly and whole heartedly and with the co-operation, patronage and support of the parents and well wishers, we are confident to achieve our feat.
